At VeriTechQCG, integrity and transparency are foundational to how we operate. We were recently made aware of false claims made by individuals formerly affiliated with our company, suggesting that VeriTechQCG is a subdivision of another organization and involved in specific outsourcing relationships. These statements are completely untrue and were made without our knowledge, consent, or authorization.

To clarify: VeriTechQCG is an independent company with no corporate affiliation or outsourcing arrangement with any other organization. We have already severed ties with the individuals involved and are actively taking steps to protect the reputation and trust we've worked hard to earn. VTQ is 100% owned and managed by a single entity.

In light of this, we are also re-evaluating certain external service relationships. Effective 7-21-2025, no individual or company has been authorized to represent VeriTechQCG or speak on our behalf unless explicitly confirmed in writing by our executive team.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to act on behalf of VeriTechQCG, we strongly encourage you to verify their legitimacy with us directly, as no one should be communicating on our behalf. Any misrepresentation of affiliation will be addressed seriously and swiftly.
